Bring your finished quilt top and learn how to square it up, pin-baste, secure, quilt and machine bind it. Instruction will include straight-line quilting on your domestic machine using both walking-foot and ruler work methods. Our binding will be attached fully by machine. Now is the time to take the plunge and commit to finishing your project!
Supplies:
Completed quilt top
Batting sized 8” wider and longer than your quilt top
Backing fabric cut or pieced to be 8” wider and longer than your quilt top
Co-ordinating thread – cotton 50wt
Additional Supplies:
Sewing machine in good working order with the capacity to drop feed-dogs
Painter’s tape, basting pins, (optional, Kwik Klip tool) Walking Foot, Ruler Foot, Quilting Ruler
and Gloves, Water soluble marking tool, Wonderclips
